Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026 · v1 draft, under review by counsel
These terms cover registering a child for an AI Camp session on aicamp.fun. By registering you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child. Questions: [email protected].
Who can register
You must be 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of the child you register.
What you're buying
A place for your child in a specific camp session. We may change a session's staff, curriculum, or venue, and we may cancel a session that does not reach minimum enrollment — in that case you receive a full refund.
Payment
The full session price is due at registration and is processed by Stripe. Your place is confirmed when payment completes.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel from your account at any time. Refunds return to the original payment method: a full refund up to 21 days before the session starts, 50% up to 7 days before, and no refund after that. No-shows are not refunded.
Health and safety
You agree to give us accurate, current health information for your child and to keep it up to date. Please do not send a child who is unwell. In an emergency, you authorize camp staff to seek medical care for your child, as described in the medical authorization you sign at registration.
Pickup
We release children only to the adults you have listed, after checking photo ID. Late pickups may incur a fee.
Behavior
We may send a child home if their behavior endangers themselves or others, without a refund.
What campers create
Your child owns the games they make. You give AI Camp and gamehub.build permission to host them and — only if you opt in — to show them on a camp showcase under a nickname.
Photos
Whether we may use your child's image is your separate, optional choice in the photo release, which you can withdraw at any time.
Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before your next registration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
